Shipping

When will my order ship?

In-stock items
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Pre-order items
Pre-order items are shipped according to the timeline stated on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once all items are ready.

If you would prefer in-stock items to be shipped first, please contact us at cs.cpop.universe@gmail.com, and we will assist you accordingly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).


Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide using reliable logistics partners, including:

  • YunExpress
  • EMS / ePacket / SF Express
  • Ninja Van (regional)
  • FedEx / UPS / DHL (express shipping)

End-to-end tracking is available for most destinations.


How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and whether your order contains sensitive items (e.g. liquids, fragrances).


Regular Shipping

USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia

  • Non-sensitive items: 7–10 business days
  • Sensitive items: 11–22 business days

All other regions

  • 10–40 business days, depending on country and customs conditions

Express Shipping (FedEx / DHL / UPS)

  • Worldwide: 3–5 business days

During peak periods (November to January), delays may occur.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 20 consecutive business days, please contact us and we will assist you.


What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and parcel size.


Regular Shipping

Most countries (Free Shipping Zone)

  • Small to medium parcels (≤ 2 kg): Free
  • Large parcels (> 2 kg): $40

Selected countries with limited courier coverage

  • Small to medium parcels (≤ 0.5 kg): $28
  • Large parcels (> 0.5 kg): $40

These countries include:
Chile, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Iraq, Guatemala, Kazakhstan, Peru, El Salvador, Colombia, Qatar, South Africa, and most regions in Africa.


Express Shipping (FedEx / DHL / UPS)

Rates are based on parcel weight:

  • Small (≤ 0.5 kg): $40
  • Medium (0.6–2 kg): $75
  • Large (2.1–4 kg): $120

Express Shipping

  • Small (≤ 0.5 kg): $28
  • Medium (0.6–2 kg): $40
  • Large (> 2 kg): $75

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Customs fees depend on your country’s import regulations. Most orders are not subject to additional charges.

If applicable, your local customs office or courier will contact you directly. Please settle any required fees promptly to avoid delays, returns, or disposal of the parcel.

We are not responsible for parcels returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees.


For customers in the United States

  • Regular shipping: No customs deposit required
  • Express shipping: A 30% refundable customs deposit (based on order value) may be required by the courier

The deposit will be fully refunded once the official customs receipt is provided.

All parcels are declared at the minimum value required by the courier.
There are no additional charges for split shipments.


Why did my order arrive with missing items?

To reduce customs risks and improve delivery success rates, orders may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if they contain sensitive items.

If part of your order has arrived, the remaining items are likely still in transit.

Additional tracking numbers will be provided when available.
