Poor shipping - I have not received this item over 5 weeks later.

I ordered this item at the end of Nov. It is now 1/3 and I have not received the item yet. I have multiple items that I ordered from China that I received already. Unreliable seller. Thanks to this seller my niece did not get to open her gift on Christmas.
